(2,437 reviews) Room condition was good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was good. Bed was not comfortable. Spacious but very hard. Pillows are average. Next, we were promised by the hotel manager a swim out room that was going to be in the sun. My wife and I were switched after two days, how are we lost the first two days of that amenity. Next, my wife’s AirPods were stolen by the staff. We know this because we were able to track the AirPods to a location near the resort. Security promised they would do everything they could to look into it, however very little was done. They want us to go to the local police, but we all know that nothing would be done by them. Also, when we arrived at the resort, there was a discrepancy in my price that I paid online and with the resort.. the resort promised to do everything they could to remedy this, however, a slight reduction in price was all the did. I didn’t have much of a choice, but to pay it because you were stuck in a Third World country with not much options at the last minute. It was quite disheartening. Lastly, I have significant sand flea bites on my legs. The resort states they treat for this however I would tell you that the past week at the resort and home have been absolutely miserable. I’m now currently being treated by a physician because it’s that significant. So for the price you pay for the resort, buyer beware. (3,447 reviews) Overall we had a good time staying in Adults only part of the resort. But a few things make us wonder if we'd come back again. Beach is perfect. Food and drinks good Service is bad. Room was terrible. Beach; best beach with the white sand, clean, plenty lounge chairs under the palm shed. But they let locals use the beach in front of the resort. It would be OK for few people lay down on the send, but on weekend it become so crowded, I counted 104 people just turning my head around, including dozen of kids on adults only area, so it become impossible to stay on the beach. There are no signs to show that is a resort area, especially adults only area. I think a clear sign will help to maintain this issue. Food was good quality and lots of option. Dinner at the restaurants requires reservation which going thru the customer service. Bar was surprisingly good this time. Bartenders were friendly, paid attention and made good drinks. Room is outdated, in terrible condition; bathtub is leaking, water dripping from the ceiling, smells like pee, coffeemaker doesn't work. But A/C was good. Service is terrible as well. No app, no online, everything is going through the phone with a zero result for calling more then dozen times for several days. Only way to fix the issue you have to go to the lobby customer service in person, stay in line, left a tip and then things started changing. For example. After got wet in the storm we found no towels in our room, it took 3 hours to get them.
