Our waitress Yina and Nairobi and the Chef Miguel was excellent they treat us like a VIP guest , the hotel is excellent I recommend it . ❤️❤️❤️

I stayed in this hotel back in 2020, 2024 and now(May2026). A lot has changed since last time I stayed here. Sheets have yellow stains on even when requested it to be changed, food quality decreased significantly. Alcohol options that are included not good. Pineapple in the beach are used to be included ow you have to pay for each $5. Restaurant reservation are hard to make, almost everything was booked up when we checked in and we had to use buffet almost every night. The only good part was the staff. Everyone was polite and tried to do their best.

room size were good. the food not a great variety service terrible had to get my own drinks coca cola/sprite tasted terrible cold food

Nice place good staff, beds are hard, they have shuttle driver's that take u too dinner or lobby or whatever you need

Muy buen paisaje y concepto tropical, hermoso la fauna y manglares dentro del hotel. El personal tiene muy buena actitud, mi familia andábamos con niños y fueron muy resolutivos para hacerlos sentir bien. Las piscinas y playa muy buenas. La ubicación también es excelente fue de fácil acceso. Las instalaciones también muy buenas. El hotel tiene sistema de mini trenes que pasa cada 10 minutos por el lobby y recorre las entradas de los edificios de habitaciones y puntos claves. Cuenta con parqueo. A mejorar: en el único restaurante que pudimos comer la gastronomía fue repetitiva y limitada. Los restaurantes con reservas nunca tuvieron disponibilidad (llegamos viernes y nos fuimos el siguiente lunes). En las habitaciones había humedad , en el baño persistente olor a agua estancada , la calidad de la ropa de cama, toallas desgastadas y no con la cantidad para 3 personas adultas, limitadas en cantidad (no toallas de mano) , se dañó el refrigerador del minibar, lo reportamos pero no lo arreglaron o sustituyeron. Las almohadas muy básicas y poco ergonómicas ( muy altas) La parte humana muy buena, pero con oportunidades en oferta gastronómica y calidad de las amenidades y servicio de habitación.

Everything was good down to the food to the service, the cleanliness of the place
