The staff were excellent, the room was extra clean & the air conditioning were great. This was are 4th time to this resort.

If you like air conditioning, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! Our room felt around 85°F throughout our stay. We traveled with two other couples, and one couple switched rooms only to find the same problem. When we complained at the front desk, we were given a $10 fan. An employee told us the air conditioning throughout the hotel was basically broken, which certainly seemed to be the case. The employee also said the hotel had done nothing to fix the problem or acknowledge it. The casino was unbearably hot, too. Service made the stay even worse. Many employees were so rude and seemed annoyed that guests were there. God forbid you asked a question! They were some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. The bars repeatedly ran out of basics like cups, ice, mint for mojitos, and even beer. How does an all-inclusive resort run out of beer—or freaking ice? Once something ran out, it wasn’t available again that day. Between the heat, poor service, and lack of basic supplies, this was a miserable experience. I would never stay at this resort again.

This hotel is in a great location, have a beautiful beach. Excellent food in the restaurant close to the pool and beach. The staff very attentive and helpful. Definitely, I will come back to Avila Beach Hotel

What a great team at Hotel 't Klooster in Willemstad, Curaçao! The people working at this lovely boutique hotel (formerly a monastery) in Willemstad go out of their way to create a feeling of home, friendliness and warmth and they succeed!! The hotel is delightful, with a inner court yard with seating areas, buffet breakfast, swimming pool, in a quiet area but close to many great restaurants. Comfortable rooms with AC. Bar and onsite Mediterrean tapa restaurant Oliva. Would I return? Oh yes!!! Masha danki, dushis! It was great staying with you!
