Decent space and central-ish to Brisbane. Nice bathroom. Room layout awkward with long narrow "alley" (with long desk, frig) to main space.
On my last night, fire alarm at 2130 resulted in evacuation to street for half hour, awkward reentry for all guest as only on lift functional.

Check in and out was super fast. The room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. We booked here as it is about a 25 minute walk to Suncorp stadium but we ended up catching a Didi because it was raining which only cost about $7.
