Disney's Maingate West Beach Vacations

Staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen looks outdated.

The property is beautiful! Unfortunately, I never got to use any of the amenities! NONE of the outlets worked! The WiFi NEVER worked, the AC went out more times than it worked. Which in Florida is a MUST! I called 4 different times bc there was no power in the unit. They "supposed " fixed" the issue for 5 minutes! Back to square 1 NO POWER! I was here for grad school. I could not complete any of my assignments, tests etc why, NO PWER OR INTERNET! Another major problem the people next to me were so loud every single day! Had a kid at least 5 years I old non stop screaming! I could not sleep until 4am every single morning. I am to old for this! I called multiple times to report this and a lady named Joanna claimed "she will look into it" if it keeps up. Not happy! I am a paying guest just like everyone else! I deserve to be treated as such as well as to be able to function and sleep!

My husband and I have stayed here before. This time around, my husband wasn't happy about the lack of water pressure in the shower, but that's usual. The room was beautiful. The view on the 7th floor was just amazing. I was wishing for a full refrigerator and freezer, but my husband fit everything we needed in the small refrigerator/freezer in the room. I kinda wished there was a side table or something on the window side of the bed for my glasses and such. Loved the Roku TV and we got to catch up on shows and news. I did have a problem turning the shower off: I turned the knob all the way over but the water was still on. My husband fixed it, so not an issue. I loved the two sinks - it just helped us out so much with the space. I like the location - so close to Walmart, to Starbucks and to World Drive. This was a good place and it's one of my husband's favorite hotels.

Todo estuvo bastante bien, pero me hicieron perder mi poco tiempo con una orientación, firmé un documento y no pensé q fuera obligatorio y cuando llamé para cancelar la orientación me cobraban 50 dólares . Tube de tomarla y me tomo toda la mañana
