Good hotel in a safe area of Budapest

the staff was overwhelmingly kind and helpful. We had a great breakfast in the cafe. they even let us borrow a wheelchair for a quick tour of Budapest. AMAZING STAFF!

Very nice hotel with great staff and amineties, pool, bar, spa and restaurant. Affordable breakfast with lots of choice. The only down side of this hotel is the size of the shower. I'm a men of 5,10 ( 177 cm) 200 lbs (90kg) and in order to take a shower I had to wet my self shutt the water and soap up than re start the water and rince my self other wise I would splash water every wear in bathroom because the lack of room in shower made me involuntary open the shower door. No big deal as fas as I'm concern just a little ajustement that I had to do. I highly recomand this hotel very well located in the tourist area near jewish sector.

This is a beautiful “old world” hotel that is nicely maintained.

Overall, the hotel is quite good, but the rooms are starting to feel a bit outdated and could use renovation. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, which really improves the overall experience. However, dining at the bar was quite disappointing. It was almost impossible to enjoy a proper meal there, and it felt like frozen, low-quality food was simply being reheated.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was definitely the spa — after a long day of walking and exploring, it was so nice to unwind in the pool and hot tub. We also received complimentary drinks vouchers, which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fountain with a cup of tea, which made the experience even more relaxing. The location is excellent, with plenty of great places within walking distance. We especially loved the pizza from Belli Di Mamma — absolutely amazing and only a short walk away. Overall, a fantastic stay with great facilities, a perfect location, and friendly touches that made it extra special. I had a great 30th birthday

The location is superb for exploring Budapest. We had a great room overlooking the Danube. The breakfast was excellent. The only small criticism I could make is that our door was a little stiff and had to be firmly pulled to lock correctly.
