Very good hotel!.. a little out of the main attractions but it was nice to be in a more quiet place alway from all the tourists. I would stay here again on my next trip to Seoul

Sejong Hotel is very conveniently located in Myeongdong, which was probably the best part of our stay. It is easy to get around Seoul from here, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and other things nearby. The hotel itself, however, feels quite old and dated. The rooms and common areas could use a significant refresh, and at least one of the elevators was not working during our stay. Breakfast was also not included with our booking. Check-in is largely self-service using a computer, although the staff we interacted with were helpful and pleasant when we needed them. There were also ongoing labor protests outside the hotel during our stay relating to former hotel workers. I don’t know enough about the dispute to comment on the underlying issues, but as a guest the protests were noticeable and a little uncomfortable. Overall, the location is excellent, but the hotel is showing its age. It probably was a very nice hotel in its day, but today I think there are likely better and more modern options around Myeongdong. I would choose it primarily for the location rather than the hotel experience itself.

Séjour en général agréable. L'hôtel est bien situé. La chambre est un peu petite, la salle de bains aurait besoin de rénovations, le rideau de douche en plastique est douteux et il y a peu de place pour déposer les effets personnels. Le personnel est courtois et le petit déjeuner est très bien.

What a beautiful place! It has everything you'd hope for in a modern apartment. The lighting system is especially impressive once you figure out the controls—it really adds to the experience. The host was incredibly communicative and always easy to reach whenever we needed help. I accidentally triggered the security alarm and needed a password to disable it. I messaged the host through KakaoTalk and received the password almost immediately—sorry about that! 😄 The complimentary limousine service between the airport and the property was a fantastic convenience. It was smooth, efficient, and very easy to use by simply following the host's instructions. We also appreciated the welcome snacks, cereal, and drinks, which were perfect after a long international flight. The location is excellent and close to everything Gangnam has to offer. The nearest subway station is less than a 10-minute walk away, which we found very manageable. One tip for future guests: keep the property's address handy. Since it's not a commercial hotel, Uber and Naver Map occasionally had trouble finding the exact location. Overall, this was a wonderful place to come back to after long days of exploring Seoul. It was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully designed. Most importantly, we always felt that help was just a message away thanks to the attentive and responsive host. We would gladly stay here again.

Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Staff was persistently courteous and always helpful.

J’ai eu une expérience remarquable. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été impeccable : personnel chaleureux, service à la clientèle attentionné et même un verre de bienvenue pour commencer le séjour. On se sent immédiatement bien pris en charge. La suite était magnifique, spacieuse, élégamment décorée dans un style feutré et très confortable. Le fait qu’elle soit non-fumeur était également très apprécié. L’accès au spa constitue un véritable avantage, particulièrement après un long vol : c’est l’endroit idéal pour relaxer, récupérer du décalage horaire et profiter pleinement de son arrivée en Corée. Le complexe offre également plusieurs excellents restaurants à proximité, avec une nourriture de grande qualité et un service rapide et efficace. Honnêtement, il n’y a rien à redire sur l’expérience globale. Pour les voyageurs internationaux qui recherchent un hôtel de grande qualité près de l’aéroport d’Incheon, que ce soit pour une nuit ou pour un séjour plus long, je recommande l'établissement. La navette d’autobus entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel est également très pratique. Le seul petit point à améliorer serait la communication concernant cette navette. Il n’est pas évident de savoir exactement où la trouver à l’aéroport. Ces informations devraient idéalement être transmises clairement au moment de la réservation. À part ce détail, tout était vraiment parfait. Un hôtel exceptionnel. Je reviendrais sans hésiter.

In a good location, decent amenities

We were given the top level which was housed with lousy compresors once you leave the room. The aircon was not cold at all and it was the height of their summer, 35 c degrees to 40 degrees. The room decor is outdataed, looks like from the 80s / 90s. There is only one key card. No bath tub. No shower cap or room slippers. Room amenties need to buy at front desk. It is next to a 24-hour cu supermart and there are eateries nearby. Not near to commercial areas, need to take the train especially as the weather is so hot in the day. The hotel offers offer black coffee and tea at its lobby. There is a chiller for bottled water which you can help yourself to.
