Causeway Islands Adventure Vacations

Breakfast was minimum. I was told the front desk was open 24/7 but it was not. Nobody was there from 11pm-6am, which is completely understandable but the fact that I was told 24/7 was kind of upsetting. Across the water, there’s multiple restaurants who blast their music and the bass of the music was very disturbing while trying to sleep. Due to that, I wanted to switch rooms, nobody was at the desk and when I messaged them about it, I never received any type of response. Also, there was raccoon poop on the steps outside for 3 days before it was cleaned up. More poop piled up each day.
