My room was very hot but i was upgraded and room very comfortable

New hotel, clean rooms, very helpful staff. Mr.Hank is a very helpful staff/manager help us to plan our next destination, rooms services was very honest he/she reported 👍 to reception about our left jacket behind, and Mr.Hank contact us then send it to my next destination hotel. Thanks you very much GBU.

Mentioned it was a birthday and they did a surprise decoration in the room and the counter staff wished us happy birthday. pleasant surprise for my partner!

Great location, staffs were all very friendly and very helpful in many ways. Many high end shops within walking distance.

Located at the border between East and West Nanjing Road, this location is not only convenient but also not as noisy & crowded as East Nanjing Road. People's Park Metro just across the street. You can take the Metro direct to Pudong Airport or Hongqiao Airport. Direct Access from the lobby to the New World Shopping Mall, where the hype Warehouse 3 restaurant is located on the 4th floor. 15 Minutes walk to the famous Louise Vuitton exhibition Ship. Lots of restaurants and shopping around. The room is spacious 32m2 & fantastic view of the city from the window. Bathroom is spacious with Bathtub. The toilet is the ordinary one without bidet or automatic lid & warmer seat. The bed & pillow are on the softer side. The hotel has a central air condition system,which makes the temperature in the room can not be adjusted to individual needs. So I find the room too warm when we were there at the end of March. Other than that it is an excellent hotel.

The area is under construction, can't walk around no food around for the same reason. The hotel is great .
