Excellent hotel. Impeccably clean, very close to local amenities and attractions, across the street from the Metro. My partner and I enjoyed the pool.

The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast was phenomenal, the gym was well anppointed, and the service is the best I’ve experienced. The hotel is only a 7-10 min walk from Wangfujing street…with great shopping. I will definitely stay there again!

Very nice aparthotel. The staff is nice and spoke English. We stayed in a studio with twin beds and the amenities suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen, washing machine and gym were perfect for our needs. There is shopping and Starbucks nearby. My only suggestion is the lobby can use some updating. Overall, very good place to stay if traveling with family.

I had a great experience during my stay. I want to especially recognize Oliver at the reception for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond to help me sort out my reservation and made sure that my extended stay was properly approved with the agent. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist made the whole process smooth and stress-free. One small suggestion for the hotel: it would be wonderful to have halal food options on the breakfast menu

While we experienced a few disappointments with our rooms at check-in, Molly, the Guest Service Manager, was truly exceptional in the way she handled the situation. She listened attentively to our concerns, responded promptly to our needs, and treated us with genuine kindness throughout. Her professionalism and generosity, including upgrading our stay to make up for the discomfort, turned what began as a frustrating experience into a much more positive one. We greatly appreciated her attentive care and commitment to guest satisfaction.
