Rocky Mountains Adventure Vacations

The rooms were nice and the property itself was well maintained. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and the very large outdoor hot tub, both were great amenities and a highlight of our stay. However, the staff interaction was a bit unusual. About 10 minutes before the posted checkout time, the front desk called our room to remind us that it was time to leave. I’ve never experienced that at any other place I’ve stayed, especially when I was still within the official checkout window. If earlier departures are preferred, it might make more sense to adjust the checkout time accordingly. Overall, it was a nice stay, but that experience felt unnecessary and slightly off-putting.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Suite and have nothing but good things to say about the rooms. The resort is getting older so they are going to have to invest some of the profits back in to the facilities soon, it is showing its age. The check in process was great as it is all done electronically, there is a staff at the front desk during business hours if you do need something. We were disappointed with the 10:00 am checkout. There is definitely a lack of luggage racks.

Even tho it started off not so good cause of another guess being rude and disrespectful and threatening to call the police on me because he felt like he was better than us. The staff try they best to accommodate us for the situation. Even tho i felt that they could of did a little better cause i felt like if it was me [person of color] would have forsure got kicked out and had me in the back of the police car. I had to take what ever they gave me. They didn't even have no out come on how they delt with this rude guess. I left there with a sour taste in my mouth. But hey it is what it is.
