Bedding had blood stains. We called the front desk about the stained bedding and they went new sheets up but expected us to strip bed and put new sheets on ourselves. We were going to do that but the new sheets were damp so we requested a different room instead. Likely won’t stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay if you want close proximity to the Arch and Busch Stadium. I wasn’t a fan of paying $50 to valet my car or pay $24.95 plus tax and tip for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We moved here after staying at a very concerning hotel for two nights, and we were with a large group of soccer families. It was wonderful that the staff were able to accomodate all of us.....I think 10 or so rooms within a few hours. Kim and her staff were very courteous, helpful and kind to all of us. The rooms were clean and very spacious, and I especially enjoyed the ease of the parking so close to the entrance. The front desk staff helped me and others with finding a safe and suitable laundromat when we found out we were staying an extra two days, due to our winning record! Our team and families were welcome to use the lobby for our team lunches/dinners, and the staff were helpful when we were cleaning up our mess. The temperatures in the guest rooms were great, and the beds were so very comfortable. Anytime we called for extra towels, cups or whatever, the staff obliged us within just a few minutes. We would stay here again!

Tough stay at airport Marriott after deferred flight. Had to book via 3rd party from lobby. Desk staff was helpful but room had a whistling toilet that woke us repeatedly during the night. Highlight was our 5:00 AM shuttle driver who was absolutely great.

We enjoyed our stay!

It was just "meh." The staff was nice. But the amenities were just really underwhelming. There was no pool. The New York City Ritz is the same price, and it offers way more amenities. It even offers champagne while you check in. I stayed at the Drury Plaza in the days following my St. Louis Ritz stay, and it was one-third the cost of the St. Louis Ritz but way better. It had a pool, free breakfast, free DINNER, and each adult received three complimentary alcoholic beverages with dinner a night. It was well worth the cost. Meanwhile, I left the St. Louis Ritz feeling a little disappointed.
