For a room that has 2 queen beds, the room itself was quite small. There was a very small closet where we had to fit our luggage. Carpets had not been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was also quite small and pretty basic. I expected better from a place like Sutton.

No hand soap. No drinking water in room. No rug. No clock. Desk chair was to low and not usable at desk. Floor lamp on opposite side of room from one seating chair in a room for two. Only limited breakfast. No dinner options. No bar. Way overpriced! An extremely disappointing experience! Nice lobby and a beautiful aquarium behind check-in desk. Helpful staff.

Excellent facilities. The pool and gym were great. The gym was large with a separate studio. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good. Had everything and more than needed. Good thing the gym was great since I really needed it after that breakfast buffet. Improvements: 1. Resort Fees , high parking fee's and other surcharges felt cheap and penalizing. 2. When we got to room, the area off our balcony(Over a barrier) had some empty beer cans. Not a good luck for a Four Seasons. I called it in and someone came out to clean up

Nice hotel in the centre of Vancouver, easy to get to some of the places in Vancouver

Everything about our recent two night stay was wonderful. Staff were very nice and helpful; breakfast in the restaurant was delicious; and our room was extremely comfortable. Great AC and the bed linens were lovely.
