Property location was great. Ongoing Construction was challenging. Shower floor slippery. Staff very friendly and professional.

Amazing location and a beautiful mansion facade are the high points. The low points: $50 “lodging fee” for every single day of your stay; Rowdy kids in the only pool; Paper thin walls, babies screaming, loud TVs of other guests; Not as “modern” looking as the marketing makes it seem — the feel is “motel with a cocktail bar.”

Staff was nice and accommodating. The floors were uneven in my room but added to its charm and did not affect my stay. I didn’t see the pool but used the gym which was clean. The biggest challenge was parking. If you park in public spot, if you can find a spot, it is free on Sunday. Otherwise, it can be hard to find a place, and other than Sunday there is no free parking that I knew of. Would stay here again.

Traveled with our pooch, so Kimpton Brice was a top choice as they are dog friendly and don’t charge a pet fee, always a good thing. The reception desk staff were wonderful, especially Jason and Jakira. Great location to waterfront and downtown, walkable and away from the rowdier part of town. Got a great nights sleep. Would stay again!

Definitely will be staying here every time visiting Savanah!

Beautiful location, excellent staff. Ideal conditions for a business conference. Everything worked out flawlessly.
