Perfect location for exploring Savannah on foot. Parking is expensive though so be prepared to pay $35 a day or find a parking garage nearby which we did for about $20. Beautifully maintained lobby and rooms with a very good breakfast provided
Excellent hotel. Lovely room. Soft comfortable bed. But Parking is Awful. If you are super lucky you might get one of the very limited parking spots. If not - you’re parking a block+ away. Otherwise the hotel is great.
We always have a great stay at this Hampton Inn & Suites. We enjoy the breakfasts and our room is exactly what we need when we’re in Savannah! Quiet floors and respectful, we never have a hard time falling asleep due to noise.
The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel special. We were in town to host a baby shower and needed a few new items washed in a large sink to use at the shower. The lady at the front desk took our items, washed them, packed them back inside their boxes, and had them waiting for me the next time I walked through the lobby. They went above and beyond any hotel staff I’ve ever encountered, and it was greatly appreciated.
The rooms are large and extremely well appointed and comfortable.
The only difficulty we ran into was that one morning both central elevators were out, and the signage about how to deal with that was iffy. But it was fixe very quickly, so we were happy. Great location too.
Loved that many of the things we wanted to see in Savannah were within walking distance from the hotel. Such a beautiful and historic city. Our stay was great, room was excellent, and staff were very friendly!
The breakfast was very good, and there was plenty of hot water instantly. The only negative was the additional parking fee and we had to park in a parking garage a block away.
