We had a nice stay. Great location with a fantastic coffee shop a few blocks away. Only issue was the pillows in the room were too tall and hard. Front desk said that’s the only option.

Check in was easy with street side parking. Alex at the front desk was very helpful. The desk and cleaning staff were all top notch. The room was very nice. My only issue was that, as a person with mobility issues, transitioning from the hotel to the parkade involves dime amour of stairs. Otherwise, amazing stay.

The staff were excellent but the property is a little tired in certain areas hallways, elevators. But nothing serious. The room was very nice and room service was excellent. Food was very good
