Booked a double queen room through Expedia. Check-in was fine, until we got to our room to see only two double beds. Went back to the front desk who told me they had no other rooms available. We were disappointed that we had to pay for the double queen room even though we didn't get it, and we now had to cram 4 adults into two double beds, but there was seemingly nothing we could do. They did give us breakfast vouchers to make up for it. A couple hours later, my boyfriend (who was not with me when I checked in), went to ask the front desk and the same staff member told him they had double queen rooms left. I am not sure why I was told there were none, yet he was told they had several. He waved me up to the desk and the staff member immediately recognized me and seemed annoyed that they now had to give us a double queen room, even though that is what I originally booked and also paid for.
