loved the stay here, will definitely come back. Staff was great and very kind, the hotel is very accessible to the main town and gondolas. The amenities were great after a long day at the mountains

It was ok. The receptionists aren’t the friendliest tho. They don’t have room service but other than that, it was good

The gym, pool and adult hot tub were the most enjoyable amenities. The hotel rooms are huge and the decor is very elegant. Not happy with the resort fee.

The room was Awesome! The staff was warm and very helpful. The waiter and waitress for breakfast was so kind and caring. The hotel was so clean and vety update.

I want to first say that the staff are all wonderful and extraordinarily helpful. That said, there are things to know about this hotel. First, valet can be a bit slow because the cars are parked a ways away. The hotel is actually part of the train station and we did experience some colorful characters hanging out in the central part of the hotel. Nothing crazy but also not expected in a five star hotel. The rooms are quite small but the bathrooms are extremely small. Like, expect zero privacy if you’re traveling with someone else. We were on the third floor so our room overlooked the roof and we had some “friends” in the form of dead pigeons. There are also no closets in the rooms so clothing storage is limited. Overall it was a nice hotel but not a five star hotel so just be aware. It’s very boutique, which is fine, except the price doesn’t support what you get.

Very nice modern rooms. The service was great, and the VIP extras were a special touch! Would definitely come back. The bath robes were the softest EVER! Thank you for quality in the details!
