Truly everything about my stay was fantastic! The room was very comfortable and quiet and the hotel gym was small but well suited for my need to run while on vacation. What truly blew me away was the hotel breakfast. As a vegan, I didn’t expect more than fruit but the kitchen had a variety of breads, chia puddings, and even some vegan cheese!

Hotel has great location and friendly helpful staff. Seems to be having a big systems problem after change of ownership - both check-in and check-out had delays with "system problem". Makes the place look bad -- needs attention quickly.

The rooms are gorgeous and extremely clean! Staff is also really friendly and the checkout process was really easy

Lovely room (junior suite) with all amenities you would want for a lovely stay in Budapest. Breakfast was a pleasant assortment of hot and cold in a remarkable restaurant right next door to the hotel. Lovely bathroom with heated floor and perfectly hot and powerful shower (very much appreciated in January Budapest temperatures!). I highly recommend Callas Hotel for a pleasant, quiet and trouble free stay in the very central heart of the city.

The hotel is absolutley stunning! Decorated and furnished as if it's still a palace but with a modern touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spread at breakfast was incredible and everything was fresh and well presented. We would definitley stay there again and highly recommend it.

Lightning outside can be improved. Staff can be a little bit more welcoming. It’s a beautiful hotel in a dark street. The city can be more helpful if they put better street lights. The bathroom is impressive due to heated floors. The room is spacious. If you request they will give you slippers to wear on the room.
