Hotel is mediocre. Decent dining, beach and pools are nice. The rooms are dated and the mattresses are absolutely awful. It was like sleeping on a rock. There is really not much in the form of entertainment or things to do at the resort. If you are going to just relax by the pool and on the beach for a decent price then okay if you can get past the hardest bed you have ever slept in.

Got looked over several times when going to pool bar…or when at Al a cartel buffet. Salt shakers do not work. Ice tea no sugar is not understood and took forever to get. Staff was not helpful

We had a great stay, fun time, the beach had seaweed that was hard to enjoy but nature is nature and it’s just a seasonal issue. They tried to remove as much as possible. Juan Bernardo was incredible poolside butler and always had a smile and super friendly. Carlos was very attentive room butler as well. He went above and beyond listened to our needs and was kind and detail oriented. Wish we were able to order quick bites poolside/beachside would be the only downfall for when you just want to stay and enjoy the day rather than have to stop to go get food. The resort offered fabulous shows in the evening and plenty of options to do activities during the day as well. Loved the cafe went every morning so missing the banana cake and iced coffee.
