Le resort était vraiment bien entretenue, les piscines sont bien placés, la nourriture est excellente, il y a plusieurs animaux directement sur le site. Je recommande ce resort.

We enjoyed. Thank you for my daughter’ s bday decorations. It was big surprise and fun. Everyone was helpful and friendly. First room we stayed at was on the ground floor and we found many bugs in our room including a lizard. The staff were very accommodating and gave us a different room. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. The amenities at Club Rio are great too. We repeated some of the activities because of how much fun we had. The only thing they could improve is the food. Food is not great at the hotel and it’s expensive.

Loved our stay here! Beautiful property and the hot springs were amazing. Would definitely come back!

One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing wildlife. We encountered so many animals throughout the property and were able to observe them up close. The white-faced monkeys were especially memorable—one adventurous monkey even managed to break into our room! It definitely gave us a story we’ll be talking about for years and made our Costa Rica experience even more unforgettable. The food and drinks were outstanding, and the restaurants offered breathtaking views that made every meal memorable. The resort is also conveniently located near beautiful beaches, and the complimentary shuttle service made getting there easy and stress-free. Parador combines exceptional service, stunning scenery, incredible wildlife, and a true Costa Rican experience. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be back!

Excellent lodge allowing the guest to connect with nature. Dining was excellent. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend to anyone who loves the outdoors.

The property was very clean and the recent renovations definitely improved the room amenities, etc. In order to get around, there is a lot of walking involved. This is something to keep in mind for those with limited mobility. There was a festival going on the latter part of our stay that overtook the resort. If you’re looking for tranquil and quiet, I would research the time you plan to go. However, the beach was fantastic and the pools were wonderful! The staff was super friendly as well.
