I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The property is huge and beautifully maintained — everything is clean, green, and very well taken care of. I always felt happy, relaxed, and well-fed — the food was consistently delicious with a great variety of options. There was never a moment when I felt uncomfortable or missing anything. One thing I especially appreciated was the transportation to the beach — it was very convenient and made getting there easy and stress-free. Overall, my experience was incredible. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and enjoyable vacation. I would love to come back again!

Just got back from our 2nd trip to this amazing resort. We love the convenience of the location. This resort has everything that you could want in a family resort. Ideally there are various pool locations and you are not spoiled for choice in getting a spot for sun or shade at any of the pools. It is a large resort but easy walking between pool locations. We especially loved the lazy river. We didn't venture to the slides but I'm sure they would be a blast. They have so much to do for the kids, i.e. Cocoland, Paint Ball, Tennis, Tours etc. just to name a few. The staff are amazing in all areas of the resort. The rooms are nicely appointed. We stayed in the Harmony area (adult only) this trip, but we were in the Splash area the last time, which is more kid friendly with King Bed an Trundle Bed for the kids. Rooms are immaculate. The food is outstanding. We made reservations at the resort restaurants' the first time out but this time decided to only do a couple nights and enjoy the Country/Western and Caribbean Nights on the pool deck, and the Buffet Restaurant which has more choices than you can eat. Greet Food and Great entertainment. I can't say enough about this resort and would recommend it to anyone that wants a great worry free vacation, with tour choices, quiet areas and entertainment, whatever you are in the mood for.

The staff are very nice. My stomach was hurting so bad. I told one of the staff and he got me medicine and the bartender made me a something to settle my stomach. I’m so great ful for their kindness and service. Everything was super clean! I’ll definitely be back! I had an awesome 50th birthday there.

I heard many great things about this place and had high hopes- however, the experience itself was just okay… 1\. The food at the buffet was all lukewarm where the hot food wasn’t hot and cold wasn’t cold.. 2\. The food throughout the rest of the resort were also okay but nothing blew our mind. Our worst meals were at the buffet and Spice (their sushi was one of the worst we ever experienced, we rather have gotten sushi at our local supermarket at home) Strangely the best thing we had were the mashed potatoes at The Grill. 3\. Our room was nice at first, however after we showered in our first day, we noticed water dripping from the fan in our bathroom, we requested a different room but they insisted that maintenance will take care of it, which they did partially- as it started to drip again but not so much as the first time that we didn’t really care. But after that, we noticed every place we went to, they couldn’t find our room number and name. It wasn’t until our last night there that they did in fact change our room from the first initial complaint, and yet they didn’t notify us or give us new room keys. So the entire stay we were stuck with a room with a dripping ceiling fan… 4\. We were looking forward to some of the programs they had to offer such as the dance lessons- however even after going to the location, it never happened. Seems like they switch the times up last minute without updating guests or the schedule on the app they provided. 5\. However the location was nice,
