Watch and be aware of high fee service and taxes example: They charge $12 for slice of pizza and $8 with change for can of coke. Pizza Lab at East side tower the staff are Rude! Caesar salad in the menu is $18 but they charge $35 I asked to explain it why is like that then she shows me microscopic letters at the bottom of their menu the fees I think they should have that written bigger so people can be aware anyways the resort is nice but food. Is ridiculously high!

The property is in a nice location and has a private beach. If your looking for the party seen this hotel is not it. Everything except the bar closes before 10 pm. The pool closes at about 7 pm (when the sun is still up). It is difficult to get reservations for specialty dining. The buffet was the highlight of the trip.

The hotel is gorgeous. If you’re looking for a quite relaxing vacation this hotel is a good pick. They have beautiful rooms with well equipped kitchens. The infinity pool is very nice. There’s not much else to do the hotel lacks activities. Not a lot of restaurant options within the hotel. And what is available the food wasn’t great, and expensive. Be aware of the time share “free breakfast” from luxury living. That’s a total scam and should not be permitted on the hotel premises. They lure you to sign up and later try to sell you a $28,000 package. That was a big turn off to return to this hotel .

Staff was excellent. Getting around you can use the shuttle but you may have to wait a bit.

Overall, it was a great experience! The atmosphere and amenities were excellent, and I would definitely rate it 10 stars if I could. The only downside was the staff at the bars—unfortunately, they came across as mostly unfriendly and a bit slow with service. A few things to keep in mind for future guests: You need to make reservations at the restaurants ahead of time if you don’t want to risk going hungry. A 15% service fee is automatically added to everything. This is understandable, but because of it, staff don’t seem motivated... This is a cashless property. We brought cash to avoid foreign transaction fees, but could only use it at the casino or in shops. With friendlier service and better communication of policies, this place could easily be a perfect 10-star experience!

The staff had to be the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. The Concierge service was excellent. Nothing bad to say about this property. Absolutely loved our stay at The Rosewood Bah Mar. Looking forward to returning.

Great meals and amenities

This is a gem , clean room , friendly staff. Juanita have all your needs ,she has contact for everything in Harbour island and Eleuthera. We stayed off season and she made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Nice on site restaurant as well! Can’t go wrong!

Entertainment was really good,very talented people,and the staff was very nice...beach was beautiful, but the Food was lacking everything seemed very generic...We didnt get to experience the reservation restaurants so I cannot review those,but the buffet was left to be desired...
