Volcano lounge was the first time experience from the water hot thermals the staff was excellent. The food was good and very exotic plants with animals all around which I really enjoyed.

The property was absolutely beautiful, Will maintain, and the staff was wonderful! Even though it’s a large resort, it didn’t feel busy because there are so many little areas, walking paths and Hot Springs to escape to. We will definitely be visiting again! Excellent vacation!

Gorgeous property with a few walking trails and complimentary access to the nature reserve where we spotted monkeys and toucans!! Room was clean and they provided a bottle of complimentary champagne for our anniversary. On site restaurant was delicious. We especially loved roasting s’mores at night. Incredible stay can’t wait to return

This place is a hidden gem. The food is excellent, the spa services were outstanding and the staff treat you with such kindness you feel you are at home. Having a hot tub on our patio was a plus and the shower is luxurious while feeling like you are outside. Highly recommend if you are looking for a tranquil and eco friendly place to stay.
