Staff was amazing and the room was excellent.

Our stay at Gaia Hotel & Reserve was wonderful, but what truly made it exceptional was the outstanding level of service. From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness of the entire staff. You can tell that providing exceptional service is part of the culture of this hotel. Everyone made us feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease throughout our stay. A few people especially stood out: Chris at the front desk and concierge was fantastic—always attentive, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Oscar was wonderful from the moment we arrived, helping with our luggage and transporting us around the property with such kindness and a great attitude. The restaurant staff was equally impressive, especially Abraham and Jack, along with the rest of the team, who were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive. The property itself is beautiful, but for us, the people were the true highlight. Exceptional hospitality and a level of service that we will absolutely remember. Thank you to the entire Gaia team for making our stay in Manuel Antonio so special!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at mVillas Tamarindo! From the moment we arrived, the villa was beautiful, comfortable and exactly what our family needed for our Costa Rica vacation. We especially loved having our own private pool and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The villa was a perfect home base for us while exploring Tamarindo, going on excursions, enjoying the beach and spending quality time together as a family. The location was convenient, the surroundings were peaceful, and we truly felt at home during our stay. Some of our favorite moments were simply being together at the villa, relaxing by the pool and enjoying the beautiful Costa Rican atmosphere. Our family left with so many wonderful memories, and mVillas was a big part of the experience. We would definitely recommend it to families or groups visiting Tamarindo and would happily stay again. Beautiful, serene, and peaceful location with clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and responsive staff. Daily breakfast was fantastic! Only downside was a bit of a musty smell in our room but that is to be expected in such humid environment. Overall, magical stay!
