The check in process was very confusing but the visa

We recently stayed at this resort and had a great overall experience with a few notable highlights. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable from start to finish. The pool area was a big hit, especially for families—our kids absolutely loved the pool slide and the lazy river. It’s a great setup for keeping children entertained while still being relaxing for adults. Another feature we really enjoyed was the spacious front lawn. It provided a perfect spot for playing, relaxing, and spending time outdoors as a family. It added a nice, open feel to the resort and gave the kids even more room to run around. That said, the biggest downside of our stay was the checkout process. We were charged for drinks we did not order, and the itemized bill was not clear. The staff did not know what the items were either. Thankfully, we took the time to review it and ask questions, which led to the issue being sent to accounting for review. Without carefully checking, we might have paid for those extra charges. The resort could improve on the names of the itemized bill entry so a quick glance will ensure a smooth and easy check-out process. Overall, the resort offers a clean, family-friendly environment with great amenities, but I’d strongly recommend double-checking your bill at checkout to avoid any surprises.

From the beautiful pink and white umbrellas at the pool to the luxurious bathroom and friendly helpful staff, my group of 10 girlfriends from college loved every minute of it. It was authentic luxury not something fake or forced. Great job!

Love Galloway house Inn. It’s always a wonderful stay and they provide everything you need. It’s peaceful and cozy, it far surpasses any Airbnb/hotel I’ve been to! 🙌

This was my second time staying at this property and it was just as great this time around. Friendly and accommodating staff, very clean and very walkable with my dog. Nice to have a restaurant on property for ease of dining with my pet. We were just stopping over for a night on our road trip back home and it exceeded my expectations.

We stayed on the ground floor because those rooms are for people with pets but the rooms are a bit noise The rest was perfect!

Riverside in beautiful warehouse style . Very clean free happy hour with food every day 4to 5:30 !

My husband and I stayed in 304 and absolutely loved everything about our stay. The room is huge, has a four-poster bed, and private access to an outdoor space. Being able to sleep in a historic Savannah home was quite special. Aside from the room, you also have access to the rest of the home, parking, and breakfast. If we come back to Savannah, we'll stay here again.

First class property all the way …. Starting with a glass of champagne !! Very unique Marriott, with lots of sightseeing and places to eat and drink. Two roof top bars to enjoy.
