They didn't have another pillow so that my son could have 2 pillows for the pull-out. We also were not given a bath mat. « I would have given it an excellent review however we were not told the pool amenity was not allowed to be used due to inspection not completed. One of the biggest reason it was chosen was for the pool. My children were very upset. I was too. I think we should not have been charged for this amenity or should have received a discount. Or we should have been told up front before we booked room. »

« The first room, the door would not open. He gave me a second room and the room was filthy. Floor was not sweep or mopped, vanity mirror was smeared, television was out, but the hotel down the street had television, a fragrant odor that was strong, and the bed didn't look inviting. I checked out and went to another hotel. I would like a refund on my visit. »
