Good spot for a visit to Georgia Southern
"This was a good inexpensive spot for a weekend trip for Fraternity Parents Weekend. It is an older hotel and could use some TLC, but we were not expecting 5-star accommodations. The property is clean, everyone was friendly and took good care of us. The location is great for access to Southern."

"This was our first stay at this property. The house was very clean and well stocked. The owners are very nice and super responsive. The location is very convenient to the Statesboro. Only about 10 to 15 minutes from town and campus. House is in a beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely stay there ..."

"Host is attentive to issues and is very communicative. As other reviews have mentioned the check in and out process is a little over the top. The AC is shut off after each renter so be prepared to arrive to 85 degrees and have to wait for the house to cool down once you turn on at check in if staying ..."
