Room was ok, I got a room with 2 beds, beds are smaller than what I am used to. Staff were pleasant and helpful even though their English speaking was limited. The breakfast option was a wide variety with fast service. Hotel is situated near most places that we visited

We stayed as a family of four and unfortunately expected more from a hotel of this standard. Before arrival, the hotel messaged me acknowledging my Hotels.com VIP status and offering a room upgrade, subject to availability, as well as sparkling wine. Neither was mentioned at check-in. When I asked about the upgrade the next day, I was simply told the hotel was full, without the staff member even checking the computer. Our room faced the interior and had no window that could be opened, making it feel claustrophobic. Noise from live performances in the lobby could also be heard in our room until 11:00 PM. The bathroom door would not stay closed unless it was locked. Housekeeping was below expectations: we repeatedly received too few towels for four people, coffee supplies were not replenished, and even a half-full coffee cup was left untouched after the room was serviced. The room was not properly cleaned, only the beds were made. Breakfast had no gluten-free options for my son apart from GF bread, which was disappointing for a hotel of this level. We had even emailed the hotel in advance about his dietary needs but received no response. The location in Casco Viejo is excellent, but overall, the quality of our stay fell well below our expectations.

I had such a tranquil experience at this resort. Jovany is amazing and so helpful! It was my first time in Panama and this place welcomed me and it felt like home. I am definitely coming back. My secret sanctuary ❤️❤️

a week plus after the visit and STILL they have hold on my credit card despite paying in full they dont have the courtesy to answer the expedia vip chat Poor service - disappointing effort, to be sat with holds on your account 7days plus after a trip
