8.6/10 Excellent! (1,002 reviews)
We stayed at this resort for 4 nights and had a pleasant overall experience, with a few pros and cons.
Getting there was super easy—just a 5-minute cab ride from the airport. No need to plan ahead, but make sure you have cash since that’s all they take.
Check-in was frustrating. Online check-in didn’t save any time—we still had to go through everything again on arrival. They also place a $150/night hold for incidentals, which takes 5–10 business days to return.
We stayed on the adults-only Ocean Point side, which was clean and quiet. The family side seemed much busier, so we avoided it. Our room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony, but the “ocean view” was mostly blocked by trees.
The main pool had comfy chairs but cold water and an unfriendly bartender. The infinity pool was quieter but had uncomfortable seating and an awkward setup.
Food and drinks were disappointing—bland, often overcooked, and limited options on the adults-only side. The house wine was not good, so we ended up buying overpriced bottles.
The rooftop bar was our favorite, great views and atmosphere.
Overall: The views of the water were absolutely beautiful, and we did enjoy our time. That said, some of the other guests were pretty obnoxious and lacked basic awareness of others, which took away from the experience at times. While we’re glad we went, it’s not somewhere we’d rush back to.

7.4/10 Good! (486 reviews)
Hotel is nice for a smaller hotel.
Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of ...
