It was amazing, from the beginning we arrived until we checked out, everything was beyond exceptional. The staff was always very polite. The hotel is very modern and has everything you need for a good stay.

C’était bien pour un 4 étoiles, la porte de la douche avait l’air sale mais je crois que l’eau est dure.. Le personnel était vraiment sympathique ce qui a amélioré notre expérience. Le petit déjeuner inclus avec notre séjour varier et généreux mais pas le meilleur que nous avons eu!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, the property was spotless, architecture gorgeous, environment serene. It felt like a spa stay; the spa itself was nice though maybe not worth it for just the drop-in pools (the ‘sauna’ especially). It was walking, albeit a good 30-40 min, distance to town which was filled with cute cafes, shopping and fantastic dinner spots. The water was pristine, loungers comfy, beach bar perfect. Only thing I’ll say is that it lacked a personal touch.. we actually got engaged there on our first morning and then extended our stay an additional night, sharing the news with the desk staff when we did, he complimented my ring but that was that. Of course I wasn’t expecting free comps or any fireworks but you’d think they’d send a congratulatory drink or a piece of cake or just something to celebrate this occasion. It felt quite removed, didn’t matter though we were just elated!

The beach is very close as is the shops,bars,restaurants. The hotel food could have been hotter. Most staff were very friendly and approachable

The Bar was well packed, on the whole staff were ok. My only problem was, I booked a Massage/Spa, and the lady led me to believe she was going to give the massage, but she sent a man…., with no knowledge of who the masseuse was going to be…
