The greatest beach that I every see before. Great location!!!

We love this property, we have stayed a couple times and have booked our third stay for 2027 already! Not only that, we have 4 rooms booked and maybe more, family and friends have taken our recommendation and are looking forward to staying here.

This place was so perfect!!! The breakfast was included and filling. You got plenty but if you want variety they have that as well. The loungers were comfy and plenty of them. This is the most beautiful amazing place on the Island; people that work there are incredibly amazing and helpful. They brought us breakfast in the morning, helped us rent a cart when the town was busy and even gave us a ride to the airport. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Dream place.

Fantastic stay at the lotus beach hotel. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was delicious! Snorkeling right is the beach coast was a nice bonus. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants!!

Apartment has everything you need. View of pool and ocean in the distance. Having a restaurant on site is helpful.

Completely renovated, the staff is amazing, the place is safe and perfect for families. You'll be a two-minute walk from the ferry and 10 minutes from the beach. Thank you

We were contacted prior to our departure incase we need any assistance, we requested for an early check in which was accommodated. The staffs were really kind and the property is well kept. Gaby made our trip feel like a breeze, she checked on us time to time, gave recommendations, arranged taxis as well. And the views from the property is breathtaking. Overall we had a phenomenal stay.

Nice central hotel small and quiet.

When you leave the ferry terminal after arriving from Cancun, you are about one block from the Bahia Chac Chi. The hotel sign is very visible to the south. You will then be greeted by a wonderful staff who gave us a welcome drink, helped us check-in early, and gave suggestions on restaurants and beaches. We loved the suite, the Terrace room oceanview. Enjoyed sitting on private patio in morning and evening. Staff were awesome . King size bed was decently comfortable but pillows are too lumpy. However this maybe a personal opinion. Overall really liked this boutique hotel. Location kinda mid island where walking is definitely possible, which is a plus for us.

The room and property was stunning and we had an unbelievable time. If you don’t stay here you’ll regret it!
