Terrible service. During our one-week stay, our room was cleaned only once. Our requests for housekeeping were ignored, and when we called the front desk, they simply hung up on us.
When we checked out, they lost our car and it took them half a day to bring it back. Because of this delay, I missed a concert that I had already purchased tickets for.

The suite I stayed in for 2 nights was very clean, bathroom had much marble and had been clearly updated recently. The shower was a bit off, the controls were cumbersome to use and hot water in the shower was weak. Otherwise plenty of hot water for the sinks and everything else was very good to excellent. The design of the room was unique, stained glass windows and arches were definitely a product of a bygone era. This was definitely a nice stay. The restaurant was very good, food quality top shelf, service very good as well. I would definitely consider a return visit.

This hotel is reliable. Always clean always takes good care of its guests. My first room smelled a little like smoke so I asked for a new room and they found one for me right away. Location is central when in NY. My favorite place to stay when I come to NYC throughout each year.
