Overall I enjoyed my stay. However there were two incidents whicch were of concern. The first involved a man in the smoking area. He approached me to initiate a conversation. As I was leaving the area he requested money from me. I left and went to the mall and it appears that he followed me from the hotel and again requested money. The second also involved the smoking area later at night. I was approached by a woman there. Hotel security appears lax

Perfect stay. If I may recommend to switch food selections for your buffet breakfast.

The food selections for breakfast buffet were pretty much the same.
But otherwise, the hotel facility is perfect in many ways :)

Short Stay Approved - Not enough time to really explore the hotel, it's very clean overall and fairly centrally located to the action in the area within walking distance. Spacious room, more on the modern feel, doesn't feel outdated, I don't recall how frequent room service was, but the big downside is the 1 beach towel in the bathroom... not sure if you need to request more towels and will receive them. Pool area looked good but only up there to take a few photos. Elevators feel a little congested and slow - again, for a 2-3 day stay you're gonna be fine, longer than that I can't say if it's better or not.
