The room was clean with the sofa bed already set up, the hosts were really quick to respond via WhatsApp at any time of day. The washing machine and dishwasher were easy to use and the Aircon worked well too.

Professional Staff, free parking, delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This hotel was perfect after a very long 1.5days of travel. The room was clean and large, the staff friendly. English was easily undersood.the breakfast had a large variety and the bar played the first game of World Cup soccer. Would recommend

Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the resort. There was a noticeable aloofness among the staff, particularly at the front desk. Interactions often felt indifferent, with little acknowledgment or greeting from employees. As a result, the property lacked the warm, welcoming atmosphere one would expect from a resort of this caliber.

I misunderstood parking at the property and Geri solved it for me. In general the staff was extremely gentle and very helpful. The hotel was in very good shape and in a very convenient location. I totally recommend it. Thank you for all your help and making my stay more enjoyable!
