Our room was very big and they made an extra bed for my son before our arrival, which was very nice.
The garden is absolutely beautiful and definitely a bonus. It’s walking distance to Shinagawa station, so it’s very convenient.

we didn’t have breakfast included, but I would recommend it. The room was very comfortable in the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed that Japanese garden. Lots of places to eat in the hotel.

Overall, the property was nice and in a great location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was as expected. The heating is over efficient and we did need the ac on at night to try to balance out the heat.
