We loved the friendliness of the staff The barman smelt lovely, which was pleasant. The staff couldn’t help you enough. Rooms were nice and well equipped. Plenty of sun loungers by the pool. Good prices on drinks and food. Breakfast let down by not enough choice.

Lovely rooms at good value. Pool was beautiful and staff were friendly. Food and room service offering was extremely limited.

Resort is excellent, clean, good food. It was a business trip. Only one problem with invoice. I asked for an invoice and they say no. Ask Expedia , but I paid in a hotel not in Expedia.

The room was large and looked very clean but there is a musty odour throughout the hotel and the long hallway to get to the elevator appeared poorly maintained as evidenced by the odour and stained ceiling. We found two very large bugs in our room the first night which we reported to cleaning staff but in fairness someone before us might have left the patio door open because my husband didn’t think it was a cockroach. The walk up to the ferry and the surrounding area is very dangerous, with cars parked on the sidewalks when there were sidewalks and fast moving traffic coming from all directions. There is a bus stop nearby but you take your life in your hands crossing the road to get to it so if you can afford it, take an uber. We did enjoy the gorgeous views of the sea from our room and staff with the exception of the first person we dealt with were all very helpful and kind. I probably wouldn’t stay there again but it seems to be a popular place for others.

Location is pretty good, close enough to either go on trips, explore Valletta and near restaurants, bars or those wanting more excitement Paceville a short walk. Be prepared for building work, it’s not horrendous, just a fair bit happening in St Julian’s and very nearby. Staff stand out at the hotel in every aspect, very friendly and service with a smile everywhere, including booking taxis. Hotel is 5 star which at night looks lovely, maybe like some reviews said a little dated in the daytime. Rooms are well serviced if a little dated again and Spa is great. Think over the 4 full days we stayed in an executive room, we visited the executive lounge for snacks early afternoon and drinks/nibbles every day; there was an Indian lady, I think Pria? Her smiling face, general conversation made it so lovely to go there. There’s more choice for breakfast in Fra Martino and we managed a table outside every morning. If you like sun bathing by pools, with bars at each it’s perfect, we preferred the Lido and still received an occasional drinks service, There is a small sandy beach though in the bay if you walk a few hundred metres, just expect it to be busy peak season. Debated whether to give it 4 or 5 stars not due to it needing refurbishing a bit, more down to the advertised sea view. My main negative it was a side sea view at best sat on the balcony of 517. The photo showing the sea view is standing up and turning 45 degrees, sat down it’s a nice view of car parks and housing hmmm

Great stay

Good hotel, exceptionally friendly team at the Radisson. There was a good variety of dishes for breakfast.
