Rooms need decor updating, need better pillows. Bath towels very nice. But no amenities in bathroom. Stairs to pool should be re done. However, Pool area very nice. Umbrellas are great, chaise lounges are great. Amenities would be a nice touch in roonm. Staff very nice and friendly. Huckleberry and Claribelle's excellent. Great service and food. Overall i would stay again. Great gem in Hamilton. Just update the rooms.

Staff was wonderful. Food was pretty good. The resort needs a big renovation. Our air conditioner was spilling water onto our floor. There was some strange ceiling leak over the bed that every time it rained (always at night) we ended up with drops on our heads. Maintenance had no idea where it was coming from. The internet was spotty, which made it difficult to get work done. The view from our balcony was lovely.

I enjoyed my stay at Coco reef for the most part. The beach was unbeatable, there were self set-up chairs and umbrellas. It's a private beach for the resort but it is open to the public with purchase of a day pass. The most people we saw on the beach was maybe 30. The rooms were clean and housekeeping came once a day. The beds themselves were a bit aged, both sides were caving in. The food and drinks are pricey, but that is pretty standard for the entire island. I chose to eat outside the resort and made frequent trips to the nearby marketplace. The room came with a mini fridge and we requested a microwave. We rented a moped for quick and affordable transportation. The taxi's can range from $20-$60, we used Hitch and the public bus when it rained. The front desk was helpful and one of the associates even heated up food for us in the staff microwave until one was delivered to our room the next day. The only downsides I experienced: 1. My patio furniture was damaged, it only had one chair with a table when we arrived and the chair was broken. After reporting to the front desk right away, it took 2 full days for 2 new chairs to be delivered to the patio. 2. On our last night the fire alarm battery was beeping every 30 seconds, in need of a replacement. It took over an hour for someone to come. 3. Our room keys stopped working and needed to be replaced. I think this is more of a maintenance team issue so hopefully they improve on this end.
