Got upgraded to a suite. Staff were friendly and room was nice. There were a couple water bottles left in the fridge. Used the shower and the handle and overhead did not seem cleaned throughly and neither do the bathtub. I got red bumps on my legs after the bathtub

The front desk staff was super helpful and nice. Dinner was less than a block away. It appears that the hotel is in transition of ownership. The room was clean but the restroom needed a little face lift . Overall, good price for location.

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.

Staff were exceptional, including professional, friendly & helpful!

This place is very beautiful, greats views with great customer service. This place just makes you feel very comfortable like your at home

Wonderful room and staff. The Brooklyn Bridge view was amazing.

After one night staying in this hotel, in the second day, we try to extend 5 hours for checkout time, during this period, the card keys were not working properly well, until the fourth sets of card keys, but at this moment there was less than one hour left, finally the card keys worked. I don’t understand for such as a big hotel, how it can be happened? How often it happens? When it happened, why they don’t have a plan B can be subtitled? They do need more training for handling problems!
