This place is simply fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean. The resort is very cute, very well maintained and the restaurants offer so many choices. The food is delicious!
The staff is very helpful and friendly, like ao many people is Peru. The breakfast buffet haa many choices and there is an omelet station where they make them to order. Also the kitchen made pancakes and gluten free pancakes for my wife who is celiac. There are plenty of local dishes/foods too. I will finish by thanking Fernando, Lucero and the Sonesta staff for giving us memories of a lifetime!

Unbelievable stay! We did the First Light Experience with breakfast and it was one of the most memorable things we have ever done! The staff were truly outstanding and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. Yes, it is alot of money to stay at this resort, but it was truly a once in a lifetime experience!

The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything. My mom unfortunately had an accident and was in wheelchair which made things tricky to say the least but they made no fuss or issues at all. Offered us to bring the breakfast to our rooms, and support o getting to buses and train. Breakfast was amazing and rooms were exactly as described.

Cute place in a great location. Has a couple of issues. Internet and television didn’t work at all during the duration of our stay despite advising the Management. Made things difficult for staying in touch with my business. For some reason hot water was also hit or miss. A
More than one cold shower was had. Breakfast was barely edible especially when one considers the price point. That all being said; the staff was fun and the place is charming. The sum is stil better than its parts.
