The bellman was the only good part of this experience . They were great . The front desk staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. When asked about local things to do etc they said go to the other desk and notion over there ... well no on was over there wherever that was . I booked 3 rooms he-front desk staff gave me 2 rooms with balconies and I without, after checking in and realizing this , the front desk agents says oh well as long as the 2 with balconies are happy . He taught this was humorous.. definitely wasn't . Wouldn't stay here again
