Clean large rooms, great staff, excellent proximity to everything

Incredible service and hospitality.

The room had no view whatsoever and it was a long way to the restaurants or lobby had dinner at Morgans Steak house one night and they forgot part of the order and we only saw the server at the time of order and to pay never got offered another beverage the whole time and had to let him know to not charge us for everything as we didn’t get it

Such a comfortable stay. The lift is right next to the hotel which is amazing... The gym is nice and the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna amenities are a nice bonus. Love staying there for my ski trips.

The Staff across the board were excellent. Our Room was great in everyway, but there was an Event Planner (maybe Chinese New Year)working next door everyday including Sunday and we had Office noise and Interviews heard through the joining Suite Door. Nights after 6:00 p.m. were okay but this morning they woke us up with conversations at 7:00 a.m.. I knocked on the door and asked if they could please be quiet and they did try to be quiet after that but the damage had been done. At over $1100 per night, it is overpriced. Alaska Air has a flight path with a steady stream of planes right by the Hotel, sometimes five planes within 30 minutes or less. It is a noisy place and we will not stay there again.

Incredible service and hospitality.

The staff were very courteous and the room was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable too. A few extra towels and washcloths would have been nice but not a deal breaker. Thumbs up

Everyone was very helpful. Really nice to have bottled water provided in our room. And a very convenient location!

This hotel is very tired. Peeling paint, holes in the bathroom walls Overuse of scented “room freshener” which being able to safely leave a window open would have been wonderful but there was no window screen. Single pane windows. Rusted door hardware. Unrepaired leaks in the bathroom. Water faucets hooked up backwards It was dismal.
