Hotel Staffs are so kind~

It was my first time visiting Jeju, and I had such a wonderful experience here. The room was very spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens. I stayed in an Ondol room, which had a traditional Korean-style interior and made the experience feel even more special. One of my favourite things was waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both hot and cold dishes, with plenty of options to choose from. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and always did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, the beach was closed for swimming during my stay, but the outdoor swimming pool and evening performances were so much fun and definitely made up for it. Overall, I had an amazing stay and made some lovely memories here. I would absolutely love to come back someday! 🌿✨

It was one of highlights of Korean trip! Paradise city was like mini Las Vegas! Everything was wonderful!!!

I am really not sure what the categories are to qualify a hotel for a 5 star rating, but it being one of them it was terrible. The service from the staff was not top rated experience. They were not friendly nor very helpful. They were rigid and were busy taking care of their “other” duties on their computers at the front desk. Early check ins were absolutely not available at all and were only available at 3 o’clock pm. By that time, there were hotel guests lined up in a long line to check in, as such, I was not able to get in to my room until much after. Even with this mass, there were only 2 front desks available to check in guests. The pool experience was something else - they completely ran out of towels in the women’s locker room! And there were puddles of water and hair everywhere in the locker room , and I mean puddles!! I wouldn’t want to go back and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. What a big disappointment.
