The only thing we did not like was the toilet. Unbelievably loud auto flush that we could not turn off. Have never encountered anything like it. For as sophisticated as the hotel is in all other respects, the toilet was bizarre.

Fantastic hotel
Rooms and beds were large
Breakfast was spectacular. Am struggling to think of a better hotel breakfast I've had over (many) years
Airport shuttle worked perfectly and exactly on time, in both directions
Wouldn't hesitate to use again

Very tired room with electrics hanging off the wall. Front desk staff generally unhelpful. I have never stayed in a hotel where they do not provide coffee in the room (you can have tea, but when I asked for coffee, I was simply told, 'No'). However, it was very convenient for COEX (20 minute walk) and with 6006 bus stops outside, airport transport was very easy.
