I had an absolutely flawless stay at Okinawa NaHaNa Hotel & Spa. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive—always greeting us with a smile and happy to help with any request, even in English. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a generous buffet that blended Okinawan specialties with Western favorites, and the made-to-order options were a lovely touch. The highlight was the rooftop bar, where we enjoyed drinks while taking in stunning panoramic views of Naha—the perfect way to unwind each evening. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the location couldn't be better, just a short walk to Kokusai Street with shops and dining all around. This hotel exceeded every expectation, and I can't wait to return.

The room was clean and the amenities were good. However, the Room size is shockingly small. The bed isn’t a King size bed, but rather about 4 feet wide, so not wide enough for 2 Adults to sleep comfortably. There’s barely any space to open a suitcase. The view from the room was good as well. The staff was friendly and helped us with Luggage forwarding and any queries we had. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

As our first stay in Tokyo, the hotel was strategically positioned for an easy walk for a baseball game at Tokyo Dome. It was an easy (mostly flat) walk to the JR LINE and Suidobashi stations. From there we toured a lot of Tokyo very easily. The rooms and staff were great and very welcoming after a very long flight.

This hotel was beautiful!!!!!! Clean!!!!! Amazing view of the rainbow bridge in the rooms.The staff was soooooo nice and very helpful! The breakfast buffet is definitely a must if you are going to stay we stayed about 12 days and we enjoyed our daily breakfast. Kid friendly my child is 15 years old and really loved it here. She enjoyed taking pictures in the balcony as well. Room service was amazing as well. We will definitely come back to stay here if we come back to Japan

If u stay on the train station side beware the trains start running at 6am and they'll wake you

Lovely location, lovely helpful staff. The single bed was a bit small and matress a little firm for me but thats personal choice.
