As our first stay in Tokyo, the hotel was strategically positioned for an easy walk for a baseball game at Tokyo Dome. It was an easy (mostly flat) walk to the JR LINE and Suidobashi stations. From there we toured a lot of Tokyo very easily. The rooms and staff were great and very welcoming after a very long flight.

Great view of Godzilla. Rooms are small but very efficient. Very clean rooms.

Great breakfast.The front counter staff was very helpful. There was a young kid with medium a little longer hair and an middle aged gentleman that was tall with medium length hair , that was extremely helpful. The Barbershop on the 2nd floor of the complex is very good.I became friends with them and I visited the grocery store every day and there is a laundry Mat nearby.I had everything I needed , and then I went to Rojins for whiskey and Quattro public bar for company when visited two coffee shops daily. I will come and visit again.I stayed for 3 weeks for a reason. Keep up the good job. I changed rooms three times just to get different views from the building

The good In general, great staff, service, great location for cruising, quiet. The bad, Place feels outdated, worn carpets. Heavy, bad deodorant smell in hallway, worn frayed carpets. Limited hours on bars. Place needs a facelift with fresh carpets, colors.

If u stay on the train station side beware the trains start running at 6am and they'll wake you

From there we toured a lot of Tokyo very easily. The rooms and staff were great and very welcoming after a very long flight.

This is my second time stay with them. Everything was perfect except for their shuttle bus service. We have our 2 kids touring the city and ran to the shuttle bus station before the last bus schedule. The driver was still loading people into the bus and he refused to take us even when I showed him our shuttle tickets! We were exhausted after whole day walk around then had to walk again to the taxi stand to grab the cab. We spoke the front desk of the incident right after we got back that night. They said they would investigate and provide feedback. The following morning when we were checking out and were sort of brushed off with a finding is that driver did not know that we wanted to take the shuttle! I emphasized to them that I was showing the hotel shuttle tickets to the driver. But hotel did not follow up with the case or give us the refund for our cab ride either. That’s quite disappointing considering that this is a high standard hotel.
