Hotel was amazing, well located and beach was awesome. Building is in good condition but does need a bit of love. Room was clean at a surface level but found behind tables extremely dusty. Would go back again but there’s room for improvement that would go a long way hence why 4 stars vs 5. Great restaurants in the area, we opted for those due to the high cost of the hotel restaurant.

Great location as it’s only a few mins walk from Shinagawa station. There is a 7-eleven in the building too and on site bowling and darts. For the price we paid I would’ve expected sleepwear, but it’s understandable as they host so many people. Expect the hotel to be busy with lots of people. Rooms and washrooms are big which is nice to have. The Main Tower rooms look older though. Overall, great location and very convenient.

Hotel was very clean but the beds are rock hard, the pillows are flat. The beach and giant inflatables are very much advertised as part of the property. With how much rooms are charged I did not think these "amenities " would also be and additional charge. There isn't enough parking space for those driving.

Room is incredibly small and packed. Feel like sleeping in a RV

Clean room. There are not enough washers and dryers for entire hotel use. I have been 2 times during stay to wait for washer and dryer at least 2 hours for my turn and wait extra 2 to 3 hours to complete a load of my laundry for complete my dry clean clothing. Otherwise, staffs are helpful

This is my second time stay with them. Everything was perfect except for their shuttle bus service. We have our 2 kids touring the city and ran to the shuttle bus station before the last bus schedule. The driver was still loading people into the bus and he refused to take us even when I showed him our shuttle tickets! We were exhausted after whole day walk around then had to walk again to the taxi stand to grab the cab. We spoke the front desk of the incident right after we got back that night. They said they would investigate and provide feedback. The following morning when we were checking out and were sort of brushed off with a finding is that driver did not know that we wanted to take the shuttle! I emphasized to them that I was showing the hotel shuttle tickets to the driver. But hotel did not follow up with the case or give us the refund for our cab ride either. That’s quite disappointing considering that this is a high standard hotel.
