The hotel is old but the rooms are spacious. The airport and town shuttles are convenient but can get crowded at certain times of the day. The restaurant was never open the whole 3 nights of our stay. The AC is controller is attached to the nightstand, which can be confusing because there is a thermostat on the wall. Also, the shower seems to not drain very well.

Site itself is well located . Quiet place to relax. Very European feel. Breakfast was excellent. Would return for sure.

Hotel New Otani excels! Staff were attentive, room and amenities wonderful. The Sky restaurant was a very special treat.

We party of 12 friends and family have booked 6 room and stayed there 3 nights. We have enjoyed the variety of breakfast and the clean room. Their spa is so relaxing especially the indoor and outdoor hot tub and the view of the rainbow bridge was awesome. This hotel maintain its 5 star status. Highly recommend.

Central Shinjuku in the middle of ‘crazy zone’! 😅😅😅 near the subway, shopping, tons of restaurants and bars. Very touristy though.

Lovely resort. Good location- monorail to Disney. Limited food options for families close by

Clean room, helpful staff, breakfast lines are crazy long and not worth paying for since you will wait for an hour to eat. Checkout was easy.

Great property with spectacular views at night! Close to the train station and walking distance to the mall, arcades and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

I stayed there for a week, and going back again soon. Great value for the price. And great design (the dry bonsai are a nice touch). Love the mini zen garden in particular. And the restaurant is also quite good. In short, a lot to like.
