Absolutely loved our stay, was a quiet and relaxing place to stay

The Novotel was not bad but you can see it’s getting a bit tired the bathrooms need an upgrade. The food service at the restaurant was very slow, we had to wait 45 minutes for our children’s meals to arrive and then when they did they were cold. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 6 people and were told when we arrived we would have to pay $50 a night for a trundle bed for one of our children. Overall it’s ok but there are tons of resorts so you can probably do better for the amount we paid.

Our experience at the Hard Rock hotel Bali was very positive, enjoyable and relaxing. Lots of extras we didn't expect. It was very busy at the main pool and slides and almost impossible to book a cabana. However, at the gym wasn't busy and the spa, sauna and steam room were empty pretty much all the time. The staff were fantastic.

Blown away by it so next part isn't to negalate this. Main problem communication ,we didn't know afternoon tea is included so instead of getting to hotel spent it outside ( afternoon tea not great and no vegetarian options) . All the facilities not explained and due to jet lag /heavy wedding never got to grips with geography of hotel and got lost ...not enough signs to location of rooms especially. However after first day didn't bother walking ..just called buggy. Massage excellent. Breakfast for vegetarian cooked selection limited however still excellent. Staff ...amazing , treated like king.

I absolutely loved this property! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Every team member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and greeted us with a genuine smile. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. The property itself was beautiful, the location was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. We felt comfortable, safe, and right at home throughout our entire stay. I can’t wait to come back, and I will definitely be staying at this property again. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our trip so special!

Great hotel in the Ubud jungle. Staff very very friendly. Bungalow set up was spacious. Only concern was a few mosquitos managed to squeeze into the rooms at night.

The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly - restaurant and kids club staff were lovely! The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a whole range of delicious food - something for everyone. We had a pool access room which was fantastic - the pool was great, it had a slide for kids and a couple of pool bars that meant it was easy to slide up for cheeky drink every now and again. The beach club (across the road - though you won’t notice it) was great, the pools there were excellent, with the food and drink offerings just as good as the rest of the resort - the Japanese was excellent! Movie night for kids is also held at the beach club and it was a lovely setting for the kids to settle down whilst the parents had a chilled dinner nearby.

Pools were great. Staff were excellent. Room was good and practical. Breakfast was good. We stayed in the family section, and wished there were more washer and dryers in the laundry.
