Some of the staff were perfectly fine and helpful. Two of the front desk staff were rude. One woman never acknowledge me even when I greeted her. I requested a bottle of water and she never looked at me as she handed it to me. Another staff person was not letting ANYONE to check into their room until 4 pm even though rooms were ready. I finally went to another desk person and was immediately given a room key.

Such a comfortable and aesthetic place to stay! We were jaw dropped.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, and everything was spotless from the lobby to the rooms. You can really tell they take pride in keeping the place clean and well-maintained. One of my favorite parts was the pool area, it’s beautiful and such a relaxing spot to spend time. The atmosphere is perfect whether you want to lounge in the sun or take a refreshing swim. The drinks were also fantastic, delicious, well-made, and a great complement to the overall experience. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful place to relax and enjoy their time.
