We specially booked a EGaming room at an additional cost of £500 for our stay to only find out when we got there that you could not change the lanaguage to English - only available for Chinese users. When complaining to the staff of this issue we were told to cancel our booking and rebook a standard room rather that get a refund from them. Our bathroom then got a massive leak and we have to move rooms regardless and was offered use of the members lounge but not told what this included until a member of staff told me 2 days after we started using it. Further issues was the 'bar' was situated in the lobby and closed at 11pm every evening. Only one restaurant (small room off the lobby). Breakfast was always poor, tables not set properly, never any glasses for juice or coffee cups beside the coffee machines, I would say that the members lounge was the only saving grace of our 9 day stay. We did use it fully on the last 2 days and the view across the city is beautiful in the evening. Some of the management did try to help with my complaint but overall the stay was so disappointing and I would not recommend anyone to stay here - especially not book the EGaming rooms.
