The overall property is gorgeous. HOWEVER the staff more so the reception people at check in and check out SUCKED. Any issues you have they will simply just say “I apologize” I would NOT stay here again.

The Sunset was a perfect relaxation spot. Their private beach access and facilities were great. We are not into inclusive stays but this one had all the right ingredients of good food, gracious hosts and excellent rooms to make our time there restorative. Highly recommended!

The hotel seems old but we'll kept. Front desk, 5 stars, specially Lewis and Camille, they were great. Food was ok, nothing special. Streak house was the best. The rest of the restaurants, 2 to 3 stars max, specially the Italian. The room was ok. Very clean.TV was old, no streaming apps, just basic TV. No espresso machine, just a percolator. Staff in general, 3 stars. They were not very welcoming or friendly. Only a few were great.
