Room was cleaned daily. Evening shows were amazing as they reflect Jamaica. Most of the staff were courteous, but some staff who work in the buffet and restaurants (mostly females) were unfriendly and unwelcoming. We loved fitness classes taught by "Happy Feet". It would be great if you add at least one more class of Riumba per week and /or dance lessons.

Room was clean. Staff was courteous. Room service needs more staff. Called to get food and it took 15 tries to get an answer. Lady said she was the only one prepping food and answering phone. Buffet food was blah and other restaurants was hard to get in because they were booked with “elite member” reservations.

It was our 1st time at an Adult only resort. Quick vaca before going back to work after surgery. We had a great time very relaxing and stress free experience. The room was very clean and well serviced daily. We had a lot of food choices and desserts both buffet and reservation style options. The staff was phenomenal always serviced with a smile and spectacular vibe. They had a variety of entertainment daily so getting bored was not an option, we definitely enjoyed our visit and plan to come back again in the near future. Bring small bills for tipping they really appreciate being gifted for amazing attention to guests they earn it. Ya Mann Kudos to my front reception lady with the drinks, always a kind word when stopping by her stand so very sweet

Staff was always friendly and wanting to help. Rooms were clean. be careful of your room location if your an early to bed person. we were booked near the all night snack bar and some entertainment went to 11pm an sometimes 1am. so if you're a early sleeper ask for a room a little further from the bar area.

El hotel está bien, pero el personal no es amable para nada, porque pides ayuda y no lo solucionan rápido con lo que necesitas. la comida en los restaurantes la hacen todos los días diferente manera un día está bien y el otro día pides lo mismo y ya no te gusta. Los de recepción no tienen buen servicio al cliente. Hoy es 4 de enero y por problema políticos de Venezuela cerraron los aeropuertos y no podemos volver a nuestro pais, pedimos ayuda por la estadía pero no te dan ninguna respuesta. Solo te dicen que esperes es lo único y hasta te responden de mala manera

Overall a great resort with the friendliest staff! Small enough to feel intimate but has enough to do between the different restaurants, pools, and excursions. Some of the rooms seem to have been recently upgraded with new furniture. Take the nature walk with Alfred, he's the best!
