Everyone very cortéis, the place is spotless very modern, except the beach is a little far away, but walkable. I can recommend highly if your intention is not to be near the beach

The property is great . very much resort experience. Appreciate the ambeience as well. There were a couple of issues for us like 1. barely any options for vegans 2. the drinks at the pool side bar on thursday were really bad - compared to the Blue Bar which we indulged in the previous 2 nights

El lugar es muy bonito, ahora la propiedad está algo descuidada, se observa poco mantenimiento en el mobiliario cercano a la piscina o la terraza y la refrigeradora. Y en cuanto apoyo por medio del chat del app de expedía es nulo, el personal del lugar no atiende por el app, sino solicita que se llame a recepción en horario donde está disponible la recepción, en mi estadía tuve un inconveniente que me costó contactar alguien que me apoyara, finalmente se solventó y fue esperando al personal de la recepción. Ahora el lugar cuenta con una cocina, si en caso no se desea cocinar hay un restaurante que lo sugiero si se bebe alcohol es rápido ahora si es por comida tener paciencia para esperar.

We had the most amazing stay at this property! The hotel was insanely beautiful and very well kept. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and accommodated every request we had. Truly have never been so impressed by a hotel. 1000% recommend staying here if you are traveling to Lake Atitlan/San Marcos. They can even help arrange private transfers for you to eliminate stress. I will definitely be back in the future, not one bad thing to say about this hotel!!! Huge thank you to the staff- you truly made this a memorable stay for us!

Beautiful property with incredibly friendly staff. There is a convenient tienda right next to the property, and the walk down to the main square is short and easy. The location felt perfect for exploring Antigua. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the coffee is the perfect start for your adventure into the city. I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit.

The room was incredible and the staff are the most thoughtful. The view is so magical I spend a whole week in their studio name “Contentaita” just admiring the volcanos and the birds around. There’s a kitchen so if you want to cook and just chill in your own space. This is the place.

The room was amazing. So comfy, and cozy. I would definitely come back . It is in my top 2 hotels to stay at. Food is amazing. It started to down poor and it was so convenient that we could eat at the hotel. Room service is also amazing and fast.
