Room was 24 degrees most of the time and air con did nothing. Reception provided a fan when we requested which helped a lot but didn’t get a huge amount of sleep due to the heat. Our friends were in a different room and had no problem. Hotel was very busy and quite a few spa items not working or too full to enjoy. Lift often rammed or not working at all. Need to get taxi in and out of the city. Ok place but needs updating and better accommodation of the volume of guests- lifts, spa, breakfast- all super busy

The concierge were super helpful and amazing
Breakfast was wonderful
The people who cleaned the room didn’t take dirty dishes out
They were loud banging doors super loud. Some of the guest are jet lagged and trying to rest
Also why do maintenance on the pools on a Sunday was not smart out last day there we could not use the facilities

"Good location in woodland, that's it. Same story of average business hotel, they got wrong data about child 1 year old and gave cot bed for our 11 year old child. I never had such issue with other hotels Then they swapped it with a sofabed and charged us arm and leg! They didn't even tell us ..."
